Greeting from Hong Kong!
I don't know if it is possible to ask such a question in here.

Does anyone have the same feeling? Due to capitalism and methodologies and development life cycle, programmer/developer/engineer have to follow the rules at a company, I mean the "division of labour" depresses our creativity and problem solving skill. On the other side, if we work at a small company, then we are trying to become a coding machine.

I have thought about running my own startup and need to make a decision  in no longer time. I like programming because I can "CREATE" and "AUTOMATE" the routine stuff. I hate programming when I'm going to become a slave and sitting down in front of computer for 9 hours with someone monitoring.

Any advice?

Either work for yourself, or work for a smaller company with a great culture would be my advice. You don't really have to become a "coding machine" when working for a startup, but you might. What you should be looking for is a company, yours or someone else's where you WANT to code for 9 straight hours, because the stuff you're doing is really exciting to you.
