Find Data Patterns from Time Series Data

My Question is how to make a system which identify name of data pattern or data components from time series datasets .  Suppose I have time series data and I need to know the data patterns or components like trend, seasonality, cyclical, random, trend with seasonality etc. So how can I make a system which doing some algorithm or math and identify that given data set is trend using some algorithms or statistical techniques or some tools.
